MyOXE will replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 1 year from the original date of purchase for jewelry purchased on our official website (myoxe.net). A written notice must be given before the return of any item; this can be done via our contact form. Jewelry must be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for any parcels lost in transit. Please complete and include the return form so we can process your request swiftly. Replacement is shipped once we receive your defective item, the process can take 5-7 business days from when we receive your defective item.
- We do not repair jewelry; we will only replace the item if it is still available or give you an item of equal or lesser value.
- We do not cover general wear and tear, misused, tarnished, and lost or stolen jewelry.
- We do not replace jewelry that is outside of the warranty date or without proof of purchase.
