Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING
Currently we are only able to ship within the United States, and do not ship internationally. Orders ship Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays. We offer standard shipping on all orders unless another shipping method is selected.
 
*Express shipments placed Monday – Friday prior to 2pm (PST) will ship the same day. Weekday orders placed after 2pm (PST) will ship the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm and on weekends will ship on Monday.  

While most orders are processed within 24-hours, orders may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment.

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
  • Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
  • Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If any jewelry item you receive is not to your satisfaction you may return it for refund, credit, or exchange within 14 days from the invoice date. Returned items must be unworn, not damaged, and in good condition. A written notice must be given before the return of any items; this can be done via our contact form. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase and sent via a trackable method. OXE will not be responsible for any parcels lost in transit. Please complete and include the return form so we can process your request swiftly. If you have any enquiries regarding returns, please email us at hello@myoxe.net.

On the rare occasions that items are damaged upon delivery, customers should notify us (by email) on the same day if they wish to return it. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of the invoice or any original packaging.

Postage for return items will have to be paid for by the customer. Once we have received the return, the items will be inspected thoroughly, and any damage caused by the customer through wear and tear will not be accepted.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons);
  • Tailor-made item, including bespoke and engraved;
  • Jewellery which was not purchased and acquired through giveaways and competitions.

Note, that we cannot process a return without the completion of a return form.
